What's the best way to reach out to me?
The fastest way to contact me is through Instagram or by email (creativedreamnails@gmail.com). I typically respond within 24-48 hours.
Do you accept custom orders?
At this time, I do not accept custom design requests. As a growing business, I am currently focusing on creating curated collections of handmade press-on nail sets. New designs are added regularly, so be sure to check back often.
How long will my order take?
All sets are handmade to order. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days before shipping.
Do I accept returns?
Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
My package is lost/delayed?
Once a package is shipped it is out of my control. I am not responsible for anything that could be interfering with delivery on the buyers end (wrong address, missing apt #, unsuccessful deliveries due to gate codes, returning to sender due to __. etc.)
Delayed packages are expected during busier seasons. If package is lost due to USPS issues, please message me and i will do my best to assist!

why is a sizing kit required?
A sizing kit helps determine your exact nail sizes, allowing me to create a custom set that fits comfortably and looks seamless. Wearing the correct size also helps improve durability, reduces lifting or popping off, and minimizes gaps around the cuticle and sidewalls. Since each set is handmade specifically for you, using a sizing kit is the best way to ensure the most accurate fit and highest quality result.
What do I do if I already know my nail sizes?
Simply add your desired set to your cart, then enter your sizes in the Special Instructions box before checking out.
List your sizes from thumb to pinky for each hand, like this:
